If you are a Christian that wants to date non Christians, then there are a few things that you are going to have to consider. Things can get very complicated when two people of two different religions get together and begin to date. Make sure that you know what to expect.
Changing
One of you may want the other to convert or change religions so that you can be on the same wave length. This is something that is not favorable if you are both strong in your beliefs. You do not want the other person to have to change what they believe in anymore than you want to change what you believe in. Unless the person is willing to change, then you should not consider this.
Accepting
While this is something that is rare, there is such a thing as dating a person outside of your religious beliefs. This is not a very easy thing to do so you are both going to need to make sure that you are ready for this. You will both need to come together and reach an understanding an agreement on what you want from the other as far as support goes.
Long Term
If the person that you are dating is a non Christian and is a person that you are serious about, then you are going to need to make some long term plans. This means you will need to decide how you are going to get married, in a church or elsewhere. You also need to think of what religion your children will be.
